Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique situation and mental health history.

• Design and implement customized therapeutic strategies based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling sessions, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment plans, and collaborate on complex cases to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele consists of individuals and families who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
