City/State: Bronx, New York Department: Office Of The VP HR EMP Lab REL Job Summary This position provides labor/employee relations guidance and advice to management, union, and non-union associates in the interpretation of union contracts and MMC policies to ensure compliance and favorable working conditions between management personnel and union/non-union associates to avoid grievances and litigation. Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred Associates degree required 5 years of experience required in HR within a union environment required - strong preference in Labor & Employee Relations.
