Overview This position provides labor/employee relations guidance and advice to management, union, and non‑union associates in the interpretation of union contracts and MMC policies to ensure compliance and favorable working conditions between management personnel and union/non‑union associates to avoid grievances and litigation. Responsibilities Bachelors degree preferred Associate degree required 5 years of experience required in HR within a union environment - strong preference in Labor & Employee Relations. Requirements Knowledge of Federal, State and City laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, ESSTA, PFL, NRC guidelines) Knowledgeable on conducting investigations Knowledge of unions and CBA's #J-18808-Ljbffr ViziRecruiter,LLC.
