Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques, in individual, group, and family settings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state laws and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide clients with comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to stay current on the latest mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability of clients.
