Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including detailed discharge plans based on psychosoical assessments and accepted social work practices.

• Engage with community resource groups and stakeholders to represent MindShift at meetings focused on addressing the social and mental health needs of our clientele.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on behavioral and emotional issues while employing crisis intervention techniques as necessary.

• Maintain open communication with other healthcare professionals, including regular updates on patient progress, concerns, and emerging issues affecting their mental health.

• Keep precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• A Master's degree in fields such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
