Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring that care remains aligned with clients' goals.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize clients' specific needs and promote their overall mental health.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in a timely manner to keep accurate and organized client files.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on providing psychotherapy services to a diverse population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. We serve clients with varying backgrounds and experiences, striving to offer personalized care that meets their unique circumstances and promotes their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, is required.

• Possession of a current and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential, ensuring unrestricted and independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required, showing a solid foundation in providing effective mental health care.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy, to maintain organized records and documentation.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services and conducting intake assessments to facilitate clients' treatment journeys.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year, reflecting the importance of attracting skilled professionals.
