Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to fit diverse client needs.
\n
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client records are secure and confidential.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and effective treatment plans, contributing to team discussions regarding client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and staying abreast of the latest mental health research and trends, to enhance personal and team practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Many clients served have limited access to mental health services, making your role essential in bridging gaps and providing necessary support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and therapeutic techniques.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele are required.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant digital tools used in therapy and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
