Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, ensuring a safe and compassionate environment for clients to express themselves.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's goals.

• Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services and improve client outcomes, including liaising with healthcare providers, support networks, and family members when applicable.

• Document all sessions thoroughly and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure the highest level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will comprise individuals and families navigating a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and coping with chronic illness within the hospice setting. Understanding the sensitive nature of these cases, you will utilize empathetic communication and therapeutic techniques to foster trust and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with exposure to hospice or end-of-life care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
