Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying patient needs and developing tailored intervention and treatment plans.

• Deliver innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups via telehealth to foster community engagement and shared experiences among patients.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, maintaining clear communication and collaborative goal-setting.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering timely support during mental health emergencies and connecting clients with necessary resources.
\n
• Educate patients extensively about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, staying current with research and therapeutic techniques to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Proven capability in conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing engaging treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions to a diverse client base.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, facilitating trust and rapport with patients.

• Sound judgment skills, demonstrating adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
