Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate effective counseling sessions.

• Engage with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma recovery.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with local laws and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism in client interactions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
