Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and establish rapport.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on therapeutic goals and client needs.

• Engage with clients in regular therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual or group settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience relevant to mental health counseling.
