Full Stack Lead Software Engineer (C#, React)

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, with 5+ years of applied experience
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Advanced proficiency in one or more of C#/.NET, Angular, AngularJS, or React
• Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Security
• Ability to design and develop REST-based web interfaces and APIs, with knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, CockroachDB, and Cassandra
• Understanding of automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Terraform, as well as cloud principles and development and deployment paradigms
• Experience creating unit and integration test suites using JUnit and Cucumber
• Experience with VS Code and AI tools such as Copilot and Claude Code
• Demonstrated experience leading the effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools, including setting expectations for validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and security and resiliency expectations; experience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption
• Proficiency across all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Preferred: Understanding of and prior experience with identity and access management solutions
• Preferred: Experience with Go and Python
• Preferred: Knowledge of Kerberos and OAuth 2 protocols

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions, applying creative approaches to build solutions and resolve complex technical problems
• Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others
• Lead team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes; establish validation standards and encourage reuse of effective patterns
• Use Software Development Life Cycle tools, including authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value of automation
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to eliminate them or automate remediation, improving application and system stability
• Lead evaluations with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical capabilities, and suitability for existing systems and information architecture
• Lead Software Engineering communities of practice to build awareness and adoption of emerging technologies
• Contribute to a team culture grounded in diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
