About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Customer Success to take on a pivotal role in leading and scaling the post-sale function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire customer life cycle, with a focus on ensuring that customers derive measurable value, driving adoption, retention, and fostering long-term partnerships. This hands-on leadership position involves defining the customer success strategy, establishing operational processes, and managing executive customer relationships. The Head of Customer Success will also be instrumental in building and leading the customer success team, recruiting and mentoring talent, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive-level customer stakeholders. Applicants for the Head of Customer Success role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in customer success, account management, implementation, or post-sales leadership, with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving customer adoption, retention, and long-term account growth, as well as managing executive-level customer relationships. A background in enterprise software, workflow automation, fintech, compliance technology, or related industries is preferred, along with experience in building or scaling a customer success function and knowledge of change management and customer transformation initiatives.
