Reflective Space Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatric staff, to ensure the effective implementation of treatment protocols and coordinated care.
• Educate clients and their families about psychosocial factors affecting their health and wellbeing, providing necessary resources and referrals to community services.
• Utilize innovative counseling techniques and continually assess and adjust therapeutic strategies based on client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to organizational policies and state regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest therapeutic methods to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in staff meetings and case review discussions to contribute insights and solutions for shared challenges within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves a diverse clientele including individuals grappling with marital issues, family dynamics, trauma, and mental health disorders. By employing a client-centered approach, the LMFT will help clients navigate their challenges, fostering resilience and facilitating positive change. We emphasize the importance of addressing both emotional and environmental influences on wellbeing, and as an LMFT, you will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Active, independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Proven ability to set appropriate boundaries and establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to convey complex information clearly and sensitively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings or clinical environments focusing on diverse populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or narratives therapy.
• Previous experience with case management and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• History of using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits

Reflective Space Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year for full-time positions.
