Patient ratio 1:2. Highlights: Medical-Surgical ICU with 16 beds and average daily census of 14 patients Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and phlebotomy Advanced critical care environment featuring CRRT (NXXT Stage) and full spectrum of ICU procedures 91-day travel assignment with one pre-approved time off period available Float scheduling based on unit needs with consistent 1:2 patient ratios across all shifts Requirements: Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission) Current ACLS and BLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred Previous travel nursing experience preferred Epic charting system experience required Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, arterial lines, and critical care procedures Must reside outside of designated local counties (Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris) Why Join Us?
