This role is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients through a combination of telemedicine and occasional in-person sessions if desirable. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations for clients to inform individualized treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to address the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Develop tailored therapeutic interventions that promote clients' engagement and progress in therapy, adapting techniques as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, attending regular meetings to share insights and strategies for improving client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards in all client interactions.

• Participate in continuous learning opportunities, including workshops and professional development activities, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatments and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics, as well as those struggling with substance abuse issues. Your interventions will not only focus on healing but also empower clients to develop coping strategies that support sustained well-being beyond therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical framework.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to counseling practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
