Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, including risk assessments and treatment recommendations.

• Developing evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals and preferences.

• Delivering tailored individual therapy sessions that employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to foster personal growth, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and more.

• Establishing clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring client progress through structured evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Providing teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation as mandated by ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.

• Actively participating in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance your skills and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid state license in a relevant field such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
