Work Environment\n

This is a 100% remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA. Our full-time Admissions and Assessment team supports our clinicians, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality care rather than getting bogged down by administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adhering to a consistent schedule and therapeutic framework that fosters a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals in case discussions, encouraging a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record system (EHR).

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including access to free CEUs, to enhance your knowledge and skills in the field.

• Engage with clients and provide assessments through telehealth platforms, ensuring that services are accessible and personalized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults dealing with various mental health challenges. With a maximum of eight clients in group settings, you will have the opportunity to develop strong therapeutic relationships and facilitate meaningful healing in a safe environment. Our clients are deserving of excellence, and your role will be instrumental in guiding them through their personal journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is mandatory; we welcome both independently licensed and junior-licensed clinicians.

• Availability to provide between 12 and 40 hours of clinical services per week, depending on whether you are pursuing a 1099 contractor role or a W2 employee status.

• Strong commitment to evidence-based practices and a desire to continually enhance therapeutic skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health or substance use disorder setting is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and systems, as well as electronic health records (EHR), is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
