Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments tailored to meet each client’s needs.

• Ensure that all required documentation is completed promptly and adheres to regulatory standards, maintaining clarity and compliance at all times.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to enhance treatment methods and outcomes, working closely with the clinical team for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to sustain the clinic’s high standards of care.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies and community partners to enhance service delivery and meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Establish and maintain effective lines of communication to uphold contract standards and advocate for the agency’s mission within the community.

• Build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote programs, identify funding sources, and foster partnerships that benefit our clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities which may include attending conferences and participating in state meetings.

• Uphold and promote the core mission and values of Brightside Mental Health Clinic in all interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall agency operations.
