This role is based onsite at our well-equipped surgical center, designed to facilitate efficient outpatient procedures and patient interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in interventions under the supervision of attending physicians, utilizing your skills to enhance patient care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Engage patients in meaningful education about their medical conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes, empowering them to take charge of their health.
• Maintain precise and organized medical records, ensuring thorough documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s unique health needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will provide care to a diverse group of patients, from young children to elderly individuals, addressing a wide range of urgent health concerns. Our focus is on delivering compassionate and comprehensive care that respects each patient's unique background and healthcare needs. You will be treating common acute illnesses and injuries and supporting patients through their recovery process, with an emphasis on preventive care and overall health improvement.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program is required.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to fostering collaborative relationships in a healthcare environment.
• A deep-seated work ethic and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an urgent care or outpatient setting.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently document patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Familiarity with minor surgical procedures and techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
