Strategic Enterprise Accounts Director — Value & Growth

Complexio

Complexio is seeking a Client Director (Strategic Accounts) who will be responsible for managing essential enterprise relationships post-signature. This role focuses on customer success by driving adoption, retention, and long-term growth of partnerships. You will need to operate independently during commercial cycles and act as a bridge between customers and Complexio’s Product and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in account management and is technically fluent, with strong organizational skills.
