Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, focusing on achieving personal goals and improving overall mental health.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in our electronic medical records system, documenting patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans.
\n
• Provide referrals and assist clients in addressing identified financial and social needs, promoting holistic well-being.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and ethical practices, including pursuing relevant certifications.

• Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to maintain a collaborative and informed clinical environment.

• Adhere strictly to all ethical guidelines, policies, and protocols outlined by Mind Saver and applicable licensing bodies.

• Effectively manage a caseload with high volume while maintaining quality and consistency in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support young clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health concerns. Our clinic serves individuals from diverse backgrounds, and as such, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various socio-economic contexts. Your clinical skills will play an essential role in aiding these clients in developing strategies that foster resilience and positive change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution (e.g. MA, MSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent licensure in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is required.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with clients, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records for documenting and tracking patient progress and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with youth or young adults, particularly in a community health setting.

• Demonstrated success managing high caseloads and competing priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
