Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy services to low-acuity adults, focusing on cognitive and emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical, mental, and emotional health of clients, using standardized assessment tools when applicable.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans grounded in evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic methodologies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans in response to evolving needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily target adults in hospice settings who require compassionate support during critical transitions in their lives. Clients may be dealing with varying degrees of emotional distress, grief, and adjustment issues associated with serious illness. With your expertise, you will foster trust and encourage open dialogue, ensuring that clients feel heard and validated throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD) as required by Pennsylvania regulations. Provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.

• Proven experience in clinical settings, particularly in counseling or therapy relating to terminal illness, grief, or end-of-life care.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong background in managing caseloads effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
