Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our team operates under a fee-for-service model, prioritizing efficiency and innovation. Although the main working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a full caseload of clients, building strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries throughout your interactions.

• Conduct regular check-in sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, address any challenges, and plan for future appointments or discharges as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their specific needs and goals.

• Document client progress meticulously, including assessments, treatment plan updates, and session notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish treatment needs and develop tailored care strategies.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster therapeutic growth.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance your professional skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families from various backgrounds. Many of our clients face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role will involve tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive the most effective and compassionate care possible.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication, including familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in outpatient environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
