We are seeking a motivated and reliable office manager. We are a 40 year old company with long term employees and clients. Responsibilities include:
* Processing weekly payroll
* Setting up new job accounts when a new project is started
* Working with controller to ensure financial information is accurate and updating custom reports
* Coordinating with clients across the country, providing requested documents and customer support
* Open new jobs with paint vendors
* Set up and maintain billing for utilities for out of town crews
* Renewal of all business and contractor licenses in all required states/cities/counties
* Maintain employee sick and vacation records
* Enter all invoices and payables into SAGE system
* Ensure accuracy of all invoices and prices
* Office maintenance and ordering of supplies
