The position is based onsite within our clients' homes, primarily located in and around Largo, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments by performing accurate chart reviews and data collection to create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to discuss patient histories and specific needs.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of complex medical diagnoses, lab results, and appropriate safety protocols to inform treatment decisions.
• Innovatively develop and implement patient treatment programs that cater to diverse populations, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric cases.
• Add value by proactively managing clinical outcomes and addressing any unusual cases in consultation with fellow therapists.
• Streamline clinical workflows to enhance patient care efficiency, optimizing processes related to patient capture, referrals, and scheduling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including children with developmental delays, adults recovering from surgery or injury, and elderly individuals seeking to maintain mobility and independence. Qualifications

• A valid and active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
