Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical capabilities, functional limitations, and specific treatment needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving strength, mobility, and overall functional independence.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, tailored to address individual patient impairments.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, documenting treatment responses and modifying plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with home exercise programs and strategies for ongoing health maintenance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and advance overall patient recovery.
• Maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and age-related musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
