Work Environment

Located in beautiful Clearwater, Florida, our onsite rehabilitation center offers a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and patients. The office operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic. Our facility is well-equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and therapeutic tools, enabling our team to implement evidence-based interventions effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized care plans that incorporate various treatment techniques.
• Manage a caseload where you will treat one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused, high-quality care.
• Implement cost-effective treatment methods aimed at improving patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Reduce patients' reliance on medication by providing alternative, non-surgical treatment options.
• Create personalized wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient's specific goals and needs.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and care services provided.
• Motivate and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering an environment that encourages optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals with various orthopedic issues, ranging from athletic injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation. Patients may present with conditions such as arthritis, fractures, tendonitis, and back pain. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in manual therapy techniques essential for orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proven ability to formulate and implement effective exercise prescriptions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR Software to efficiently manage patient information and treatment documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and solutions relevant to this patient population.
• Experience in utilizing technology to optimize treatment and rehabilitation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
