Work Environment

This full-time role operates on-site within our modern outpatient office. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop customized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Manage a patient caseload, focusing on one patient per hour to ensure dedicated and tailored care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and proven interventions to deliver high-quality treatments that enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs addressing each patient's specific requirements.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, promoting independence and confidence in their movement abilities.
• Conduct regular evaluations and progress assessments while maintaining thorough documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with developments in physical therapy and continuously integrate new techniques into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic primarily serves patients in need of orthopedic rehabilitation, offering care for a range of conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility impairments. Our therapists focus on providing compassionate support and personalized attention, helping patients navigate their recovery and achieve significant improvements in their physical health.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective therapeutic exercise programs.
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically familiarity with WebPT or similar software.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly regarded, providing a strong foundation for working with diverse patient needs.
• Adeptness at utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques.
• Experience with patient education, guiding them on healthy lifestyle choices and rehabilitation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
