Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to tailor treatment plans.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that align with individual patient goals and recovery milestones.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities aimed at improving mobility, strength, and reduction in pain.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and dry needling, to alleviate discomfort and promote healing.
• Educate patients on effective body mechanics and provide home exercise programs that support their recovery journey.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to adapt to their changing needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse client base includes individuals of various age groups, from pediatric to elderly populations, each requiring personalized approaches to cater to their unique rehabilitation challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation practices and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in providing tailored patient care across a diverse age range.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
