Interventional Pain & Spine Therapy is on the lookout for a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Largo, Florida. Work Environment

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our facility, you will primarily work onsite in a supportive, collaborative environment. Your day-to-day interactions will include working closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic care. The role is structured with a Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. You will also have the opportunity to connect with patients in their homes, enhancing the personal aspect of rehabilitative therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify their specific goals and needs, ensuring personalized care.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques and modalities.
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities focused on improving movement, strength, and functional capacity.
• Implement cost-effective treatment options aimed at reducing pain and enhancing mobility, thereby decreasing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Design and recommend fitness and wellness programs that are customized to the distinct needs of each patient.
• Deliver exceptional care that prioritizes professionalism and compassion, following ethical standards.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve the best outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients suffering from orthopedic conditions, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain disorders. Your expertise will help guide these individuals through rehabilitation, focusing on enhancing their physical capacities and promoting lifelong health habits. As you build rapport with clients, your supportive approach will play a significant role in their mental and emotional recovery as well.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on physical therapy experience, demonstrating a solid background in treating musculoskeletal injuries.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatments, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that facilitate effective patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with patients in home care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
