This full-time position is situated in our onsite rehabilitation facility, where you will work within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic injuries and conditions, identifying functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and state-of-the-art modalities.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on techniques for injury prevention, proper biomechanics, and the development of personalized home exercise regimens.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients suffering from orthopedic conditions, ranging from sports injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. The diverse client base reflects a mix of ages, activity levels, and backgrounds, providing an enriching experience that supports your professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and treatment techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits
