Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing their pertinent medical history, performing specific assessments, and determining treatment recommendations while documenting results accurately.
• Explain evaluation findings and collaboratively set treatment goals with both patients and their families, ensuring an understanding of the rehabilitation process.
• Implement treatment protocols designed based on individual evaluation findings, adapting approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and effective care, recognizing and documenting any changes in a patient's condition that may necessitate a modification of the treatment plan.
• Manage discharge planning effectively, ensuring appropriate follow-up care is coordinated, and that accurate documentation of patient care activities is maintained.
• Demonstrate proficient time management skills to meet productivity expectations, maintain an organized schedule, and actively participate in hospital and community marketing events.
• Contribute to and support departmental goals, focusing on compliance with governmental and accreditation regulations to uphold our facility's standards.
• Invest in continual professional development by pursuing ongoing education and training, enhancing your skills and competencies in alignment with emerging trends in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
