Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans based on their unique challenges and circumstances.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that address specific issues such as communication barriers, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure integrated care, sharing insights from assessments and progress reports during case meetings.
• Provide education and guidance to clients' families, equipping them with tools to support their loved ones through the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects our commitment to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications
