Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans for each client, considering their unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Offering family therapy sessions to engage family members and enhance the supportive network surrounding each client.

• Participating in regular case discussions with team members to collaboratively develop treatment strategies and share insights.

• Documenting client progress accurately and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies through continuous education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adolescents and young adults, a demographic facing increased rates of mental health issues in today’s fast-paced world. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients, fostering an environment that encourages openness and trust. With a maximum of 8 clients in group sessions, you can provide in-depth support and facilitate sustainable healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid mental health license, including but not limited to LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
\n
• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you prefer a contract (1099) or a full-time W2 position.
\n
• A commitment to maintaining clinical standards and providing exceptional care to our diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working with adolescents and young adults is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual engagement techniques can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
