Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate student needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, for individual students and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

• Deep understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience with individual and group therapy, particularly within school settings or similar environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
