Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional needs, and treatment goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and growth.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as required to align with clients’ evolving needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

Qualifications\n
