This role is primarily remote, providing you the convenience and flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from a location of your choice. You will utilize secure electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, client management, and data tracking, enabling you to focus on your therapeutic work without administrative distractions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately understand clients’ mental health statuses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to empower clients and promote healing.

• Offer referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when additional support is necessary for comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in relevant training and supervision sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges. Your caseload may include individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Our clients represent a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, and you will have the opportunity to refine your skills in cultural competence and trauma-informed care. Each session is designed to foster a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapies, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and an inclusive approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
