Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and readiness for treatment.

• Perform ongoing evaluations and synthesize bio-psychosocial information from clients, families, and other stakeholders to adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies to create individualized treatment plans that support each client's recovery journey.
\n
• Demonstrate and uphold the competencies and ethical standards of mental health practice, ensuring alignment with current industry knowledge and skills.
\n
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of drug treatment facilities and various treatment modalities to best guide clients in their recovery.
\n
• Engage effectively with a diverse population, adjusting communication and treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with individuals affected by chemical dependencies. You will support both the clients and their families, understanding the complex dynamics at play in addiction recovery and its impact on relationships and overall well-being. Your efforts will significantly enhance their chances of successful recovery through personalized support and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Services, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy, preferably in an addiction or recovery-focused setting.

• Current Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is mandatory.
\n
• Strong respect for client confidentiality, demonstrating sound judgment in managing sensitive information.
\n
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients and colleagues across various modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with community health clinic models or in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
