Accounts Receivable Specialist

This position is primarily responsible for the collection of accounts receivable, clearing deductions and assisting customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding the company's business activity, Accounts Receivable and Billing System.
- Daily invoicing and cash receipts entry and posting.
- Following up on delinquent A/R and resolving problems.
- Following up on unauthorized deductions.
- Documenting all conversations with customers.
- Updating Marketing & Sales Authorization forms with bill-back, advertising, and other deductions taken.
- Reprinting customer requested invoices and mailing/faxing as necessary.
- Preparing monthly Broker commissions reports & interacting with brokers and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
