Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their specific goals, needs, and treatment objectives.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one individual per hour to ensure quality, personalized care.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual motion and mobility issues.
• Deliver cost-effective therapy options aimed at enhancing patients' physical capabilities and minimizing medication reliance.
• Implement non-surgical alternatives to traditional interventions, guiding patients toward functional independence.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs integrating various treatment techniques.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to achieve optimal function.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to care plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the services provided and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our orthopedic outpatient practice, you will primarily work with individuals seeking recovery from musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Our patient base is diverse, encompassing young athletes striving to return to their sports and elderly individuals looking to regain mobility. Qualifications

• Holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Maintains an active California Physical Therapist license free of any disciplinary actions.
• Possesses superior manual therapy skills and is proficient in developing effective exercise routines tailored to individual patient needs.
• Demonstrates familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, and effectively utilizes them for patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient care is preferred.
• Experience in evidence-based practice and familiarity with advanced treatment techniques is a plus.
• Previous involvement in interdisciplinary team settings is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Strive Rehabilitation Services offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
