Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Core & Agility Physical Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Patient Consultation: Engage with patients to assess their physical condition, symptoms, and rehabilitation goals through detailed interviews and physical evaluations.
• Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Diagnose movement dysfunction and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs and conditions.
• Therapeutic Education: Teach patients effective therapeutic exercise techniques while demonstrating the correct use of therapeutic equipment to enhance recovery.
• Hands-On Treatment: Provide manual therapy, stimulation, or massage to promote healing and restore mobility.
• Assistive Device Training: Guide patients in the proper use and adaptation of equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers, to ensure they can navigate their environments safely.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, tracking treatment goals and progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Family Guidance: Offer advice and resources to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment options and exercises, promoting continued recovery beyond clinical visits.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
