Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans that address individual recovery goals.
• Implement appropriate therapeutic techniques, utilizing modalities and exercises that align with the physician's plan of care.
• Deliver care across multiple specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases, ensuring that each patient receives specialized attention based on their unique condition.
• Provide clear and compassionate education to patients and their families about treatment processes and recovery expectations, empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey.
• Meet and exceed departmental goals for patient utilization and overall performance metrics while contributing to our reputation for excellent service.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to devise strategies that enhance patient outcomes based on evidence-based care principles.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population that includes individuals with various conditions, from postoperative orthopedic rehabilitation to neurologic and pediatric care. Each patient's experience will be personalized, ensuring that their treatment plan is tailored to their specific medical history, goals, and lifestyle. By establishing strong relationships through attentive care, you will contribute significantly to their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, as recognized by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, working with a diverse patient demographic.
• A current CPR certificate to ensure readiness for any emergency situations.

• Proficient with word processing and other computer skills that facilitate patient documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience
