Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, which include reviewing the patient's medical history, performing specific assessments, making treatment recommendations, and documenting results accurately.

• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, encouraging their involvement in the goal-setting process.

• Implement individualized treatment protocols tailored to each patient's specific needs, guided by evaluation findings and the patient's unique presentation and circumstances.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, documenting any significant changes in a patient's condition and adjusting the care plan accordingly.

• Plan for safe and effective discharge, including follow-up care, while ensuring comprehensive and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress.

• Manage time effectively to meet productivity benchmarks, maintaining an organized schedule while attending meetings and participating in marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.

• Contribute to departmental goals by adhering to regulations and policies while seeking continual improvement through professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus
