Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to ascertain their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and articulate individualized treatment plans that incorporate both the findings of evaluations and the preferences of patients and their families.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique presentation and continuously adapt these protocols based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care, addressing any changes in condition that may require adjustment of treatment plans or consultations with other medical professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations to paint a clear picture of patient progress.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills by keeping an accurate schedule, meeting productivity targets, and contributing to marketing efforts that promote patient access and community wellness.
• Contribute to departmental objectives and goals through proactive participation in team initiatives and adherence to compliance regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
