Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions within our rehabilitation facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing exercise, stretching techniques, and hands-on therapies to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment protocols as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to design integrated care strategies that address the holistic needs of our patients.
• Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, equipment use, and safety measures to facilitate independence in daily activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role serves a diverse patient population comprising children, adults, and seniors with a wide array of physical therapy needs, from sports injuries to postoperative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
