Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our comprehensive Rehabilitation Center, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and resources to support patient rehabilitation. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, allowing for a well-balanced schedule that promotes both patient care and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing pertinent medical history, performing specific assessments, and documenting results to create personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring collaborative goal-setting and understanding of the therapeutic process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adapting as needed based on patient progress and evolving healthcare standards.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and exercise prescriptions to facilitate patient recovery.
• Regularly engage in interdisciplinary consultations with fellow healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and address complex cases.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and clinic protocols.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff, contributing to the professional growth of your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Virginia.

• Commitment to continuing education and staying abreast of evolving industry practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting, specifically working with outpatient populations.
• Specialized training or certification in manual therapy, sports therapy, or scoliosis management is a plus.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for patient documentation and tracking progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is set between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
