The position is fully remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes while engaging with clients through a secure telehealth platform. Our work culture promotes flexibility and work-life balance, with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you can maintain a structured routine. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized, goal-directed treatment plans with clients, actively involving them in their therapeutic journey.

• Document client progress in a timely and thorough manner, ensuring that all records meet professional and legal standards.

• Monitor client treatment objectives continuously, adjusting plans and interventions as necessary while maintaining clear communication with clients and their support systems.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

In this role, you will primarily serve adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
