Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, as our therapists provide care in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their homes, assessing their physical capabilities and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic methods, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and assistive devices.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and best practices for recovery, ensuring they are actively involved in their treatment process.
• Provide training on the effective use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and progress updates to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adults, and elderly patients recovering from various injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic conditions. You will play a critical role in helping each patient achieve their maximum mobility and regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A current state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with patients and families.
• Excellent computer skills for documentation and treatment planning.
• Highly adaptable and able to work effectively in a dynamic home care environment.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is beneficial, a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience is required for this role.
• Experience working in home care or with a diverse patient demographic is a plus.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
