Our operations are designed to support work-life balance, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. While your primary responsibilities will fall within these hours, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring that each assessment is comprehensive and tailored to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies that align with the individual goals and circumstances of clients, leveraging your expertise to drive effective outcomes.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions adaptable to diverse client backgrounds.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 50,000 to 80,000.
